Sr. Manager Financial Planning and Analysis at eDriving LLC

While I was Marketing Operations Manager my input was constantly desired in analytical projects. As my on-boarding projects came to a close a natural opportunity opened up for me to dive deeper into the financial and analytical side of the business.

From there, my key responsibilities included:

  • Board deck assistance – including data collection, analysis and presentation
  • Deferred revenue tracking & projecting – required in depth data analysis which lead to process developments to do further in depth data analysis to come with a working projection model
  • Business segments Profit & Loss reports – to allow us to get a clearer performance view of individual segments of the business and identify top level trends
  • Product level profitability analysis – this empowered us to see a profitability view we had never before had access to, allowing us to identify problem areas and double down on strengths
