While I was Marketing Operations Manager my input was constantly desired in analytical projects. As my on-boarding projects came to a close a natural opportunity opened up for me to dive deeper into the financial and analytical side of the business.

Projects included: board deck data collection, analysis and presentation-prep; deferred revenue analysis and projection; business segment profit and loss reports.

  • Created product level profit and loss accounts. This previously unavailable performance view estimated down to the EBITDA level, providing unparalleled insight of individual product profitability. The result helped us identify vulnerable products previously believed to be “cash cows”.
  • Responsible for Marketing Analytics. One critical report clearly highlighted that a $170,000 test had shown no measurable performance improvement and immediately paused. Multiple prior analyses were inconclusive and the test was scheduled to continue.
